Families may choose to access the Free Kinder initiative through our two-day sessional option, with the flexibility to combine these days with additional long day care if needed. This blended approach supports continuity of care, deeper consistency across the week, and a thoughtfully prepared pathway towards a confident transition to school.

Is sessional kindergarten free?
Yes. Families can attend two days of sessional kindergarten at no cost under the Victorian Government’s Free Kinder program.
Do I have to book long day care as well?
No. Long day care is optional, but many families choose to pair the kindergarten program with additional days for greater continuity and stability.
What is the difference between sessional kinder and long day care kinder?
Sessional operates at set times with no CCS. Long Day Care includes meals, flexible drop-off and pick-up times, and CCS applies.
